Introduction & Nature of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Khelar Gor ("we", "us", "the Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the Khelar Gor website (khelargor.net) or its associated mobile application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Khelar Gor is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. We provide entertainment-focused gaming services for players in Bangladesh. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Khelar Gor, the following conditions must be met:

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and may be claimed once. Creating a new account to claim the bonus again from a previous account is not permitted.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, you will generally need to complete wagering of 20–30x the bonus amount.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Khelar Gor reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino gaming on Khelar Gor:

Sports Betting

• A bet is considered accepted only after it has been fully confirmed. Any incomplete bets due to network issues will be voided.
• Live betting odds may change at any time once an event has started.
• If a match is partially or fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Khelar Gor reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.

Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — no manipulation is possible.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to system logs.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game itself.

Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khelar Gor and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual, or using multiple accounts from the same IP address.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses for profit without meeting the bonus conditions (bonus abusing).
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or deploying any form of automated tools.
• Attempting to launder money or transfer illegal funds through Khelar Gor.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Gaming on behalf of or for a person under 18 years of age.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Khelar Gor believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a source of harm. With that in mind, we provide every member with the following tools, completely free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given time period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you can play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a gaming break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request to close your account yourself — for 6 months or permanently.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer Policy

Khelar Gor will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Delays caused by third-party software or payment provider failures.
• Service disruptions caused by cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user sharing their own password.

Changes to Terms, Account Termination & Legal Jurisdiction

Khelar Gor may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members via email or SMS.

Account Closure Conditions

• Members may close their account at any time — however, any pending wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Khelar Gor reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
• An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through international arbitration. The legal jurisdiction of Khelar Gor's licensing authority will apply.
